Participants must register and pay the registration fee online. Please be aware that these requirements are mandatory in order for your contribution to be included in the final programme and presented.
It is not possible to register without using the online application form.
For organisational reasons, registration for all participants making contributions (thematic sessions, roundtables, individual presentations and posters) closes on 15 May 2027. Attendees without contributions may register until 15 June 2027.
It is not possible to register during the Congress itself.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us as early as posible (and no later than May 15th 2027). Participation fees cannot be fully refunded, as organisational costs are incurred well in advance of the Congress.
