Early career scholars are invited to submit posters (one per participant) about research that is currently underway or that they would like to undertake in the future. This initiative is also open to the Digital Humanities programme. Finished posters will be assessed by the Scientific Committee.
Please send finished posters to posters@isecs-zaragoza2027.net from 1 December 2026 to 28 February 2027. The body of the message should include: poster title, author(s)´s first and last name, institutional affiliation and contact email address.
Posters should be send in PDF format in a print size of 120×90 centimetres. The name and surname, institutional affiliation and contact email address must appear at the bottom or base of the poster (for all contributors). The Congress will print the posters on 130 gram coated paper at 300 DPI at a cost of €30, which should be paid when registering.
The Congress will set up a poster hall with equipment for displaying the posters at specific times (Monday 12 July, 11.00-14.00; Tuesday 13 July, 10.00-14.00; Wednesday 14 July, 10.00-14.00 and Thursday 15 July, 10.00-14.00 hours).
Participants should collect their posters with their Welcome Packs. They will also be responsible for hanging them on the display stands in the poster hall and removing them at the end of the day.
Each poster will only be displayed on one of the four designated days in order to free up space for others to be exhibited on subsequent days.
Participants who have submitted posters are invited to be present in the poster hall between 13.00 and 14.00 hours, if possible, to discuss the content.
As the poster hall is a self-managed initiative, please kindly respect these rules to the utmost.
