Registration for the XVII Congreso de la Sociedad internacional de estudios del siglo XVIII (ISECS 2027) will be considered final once the corresponding payment has been made. The formalisation of registration implies the express acceptance of this Cancellation Policy.
As a general rule, the registration fee will not be refundable under any circumstances, including non-attendance, cancellation by the registered participant or any subsequent inability to participate. The only general exception will be the non-celebration of the Congress on the dates, terms and conditions previously agreed by the organisation.
If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us as soon as possible (and no later than May 15, 2027). Registration fees cannot be fully refunded due to organizational costs incurred before the Congress began.
Cancellation fees:
Exceptionally, the Organising Committee may assess specific refund requests based on personal, specific and duly justified circumstances. The acceptance or rejection of such a request will be an exclusive decision of the Organising Committee and will be communicated to the person concerned in due time and form.
